The Youth Sunday School Class
St. Luke’s is blessed with an active Youth Sunday School Class. The Youth Sunday School Class is taught by Chris deKarfft, a very "cool" young man. Several youth attend regularly. We know the great bible study they do in this class is part of the attraction, and we suspect that the munchies often provided is the other incentive, getting the youth to rise a little early on a Sunday morning and be a part! The youth and their teachers welcome newcomers and celebrate the awesome way God is at work in their midst.

The Children’s Sunday School
Our young disciples gather to learn God’s word through story and lesson and games. The children find the warmest of welcome in the midst of these dedicated teachers, and we love that they learn the Gospel lesson at a time in their lives when it takes root so quickly, way down in their souls. Heather Jones, Debbie Smart, Maria Proffitt and Kay Callis rotate teaching this class. Ibbie Smith, substitute.

Adult Classes
There are three adults Sunday School classes at St. Luke’s. You are welcome to visit any of them, and join the one that best fulfills what you are seeking.

The Lois Callis Bible Study Class
Named for a wonderful Sunday School teacher and church member, the Lois Callis class is a fellowship of seniors who gather to study and discuss the Word of God. They meet in the fellowship Hall.

The Prospector Class
This class combines study with discussion, usually beginning with a selected book of the Bible. There is a range of ages in this class, but many members are in their middle years. This class meets in the church parlor.
